Shipping and Delivery

Items in stock normally ship within 1 to 2 business days. We make every effort to ship your order on the same day the order was placed when possible. Some items may not be in stock and normally ship within 4 to 7 business days. These are estimated shipping times and may vary depending on product availability.

 

Privacy and Security

Southeast Laser Systems collects information about its users through various methods for the purpose of providing products or services to that individual or organization. Information is also used to enhance our website user-friendliness. Southeast Laser System does not sale collected information to third parties. However, information may be shared with third parties for the purpose of order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, credit card processing, and similar activities. Information collected through browsing southeastlaser.com and company subdomains, such as browser type, is used by Southeast Laser Systems to determine the compatibility of our website. Information collected through browsing is not used for any other purpose. Please view our Privacy Policy for complete information.

 

Returns and Replacements

Return policies and shipping times vary by product. Please see product page to determine which return policy applies to your order.

Shipping Information
Items in stock normally ship within 1 to 2 business days. We make every effort to ship your order on the same day the order was placed when possible. Standard Return Policy
• Return for refund within: 30 days
• Return for replacement within: 30 days
Unless another return policy is indicated on the product page, the standard return policy applies. Merchandise under the Standard Return Policy may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original ship date. Items being returned must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Sterile, single-use and disposable items cannot be returned once opened or used. Shipping costs are non-refundable. RMA number required. A 35% restocking fee applies to smoke evacuation systems, filters, and related smoke evacuation accessories. Smoke evacuation systems, filters, and related accessories must be new and in original, unopened packaging.

Special Order Return Policy

• Return for replacement within: 30 days
The Special Order Return Policy applies to items marked as Special Order. Merchandise under the Special Order Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. There is a 35% restocking fee for special order items. Items being returned must be in the original unopened packaging and in new condition. Sterile, single-use and disposable items cannot be returned once opened or used. Shipping costs are non-refundable. RMA number required.

Exchange Only Return Policy
• Return for refund within: non-refundable
• Return for replacement within: 30 days
The Exchange Only Return Policy applies to defective items marked as Exchange Only. Defective merchandise under the Exchange Only Return Policy may be replaced within 30 days of the original ship date for an exact replacement. Items found to be defective as a result of mishandling or misuse will not be exchanged. Defective Items being returned must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Sterile, single-use and disposable items cannot be returned once opened or used. Reusable non-sterile items that require sterilization prior to use must be returned sterile. RMA number required.

Non-Returnable Policy
The Non-Return Policy applies to items marked as Non-Returnable and normally applies to select parts that can be damaged upon installation. Merchandise under the Non-Returnable Policy cannot be returned or replaced unless an error by Southeast Laser Systems has occurred, in which case an RMA number is required.

Ordering

Cancellation Requests
You may cancel your order by calling 800-223-0949 prior to shipping. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped. Shipped orders are subject to the respective return policy.

Orders Subject to Cancellation
Your order is subject to cancellation if a) you are purchasing an item that is to be sold only on the order of a physician and you have not obtained the order from the physician; b) payment cannot be processed due to invalid or expired credit card information; c) payment is not received in full within 7 days of placing the order; d)your order is suspicious and possibly fraudulent in payment terms; d) any other reason as deemed appropriate by Southeast Laser Systems.

International Orders
All transactions are in USD. International orders may require additional processing time prior to shipping. International buyers are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and any other fees which may be collected by their country when the parcel arrives. The purchase price will be declared as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for international orders. International orders shipping by Fedex (required for orders valued over $1,000.00 USD) are required to be paid by wire transfer if you have not previously ordered with Southeastlaser.com. Fedex will prepay the duties and taxes on your behalf upon import and will attempt to collect these charges from you prior to delivery. If you refuse to pay any of these fees, Fedex will return the shipment to us and charge us the unpaid fees and return shipping. In the event this occurs and you request a refund, any refund issued will be minus all shipping costs (including return shipping), duties, import fees, taxes, as well as wire transfer fees we incur if refunding by wire transfer. To prevent delays with Fedex, we recommend emailing us your Fedex account number to have the import fees billed to your account.  Credit card orders up to $1,000.00 USD may be shipped by USPS (Postal Service), though this service is less reliable than Fedex.  If you refuse a USPS (Postal Service) shipment and request a refund, any refund issued will be minus all shipping costs (including return shipping).  Because USPS does not prepay import fees, no import fees will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for delayed international shipments as delivery times can vary with carrier and customs delays.  No refunds will be given for orders returned more than 30 days after the date we ship your order.

P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required to place an order.

Business Checks
Business checks are accepted for U.S. orders. Payment should be made to Southeast Laser Systems, Inc. and mailed to P.O. Box 19968, Charlotte, NC 28219. Business checks must have the same company name as the shipping address and is subject to verification.  Orders paid with check will not be processed until payment has cleared.

Sales Tax
Applicable taxes are collected in North Carolina and South Carolina. If you organization is tax exempt please fax your certificate to 704-426-6155 and taxes will be refunded. Please note that tax amounts displayed at checkout are approximate and are subject to adjustment after placing the order.

Sale on the Order of a Physician
Some items in the online store can only be sold on the order of a physician. Please verify the order with the authorized physician prior to ordering.
